How do Expressable therapy sessions work?

After matching with a therapist, you receive a personalized treatment plan. Sessions are live, one-on-one video calls where your therapist uses interactive exercises and real-time feedback. Between sessions, you get custom home practice activities, video lessons, and ongoing text-based support from your therapist to reinforce progress throughout the week.

To get started, you simply need a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. Laptops, desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones all work. A quiet space with minimal background noise is recommended so your therapist can accurately hear and assess speech production.

Does insurance cover Expressable speech therapy?
