Chelsey Yorks

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 14 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Chelsey. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’m passionate about helping children find their voice and develop the communication skills they need to build relationships, advocate for themselves, and participate fully in everyday life. I believe communication is one of the most powerful ways we connect with others, and I love helping children discover their unique strengths.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve supported children with a wide range of communication needs. I enjoy developing individualized therapy plans that build on each child’s strengths and help them communicate more confidently at home, at school, and in their communities.

I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly participate in continuing education focused on evidence-based pediatric speech and language intervention, teletherapy service delivery, and family-centered care. Staying current with best practices allows me to provide personalized, high-quality care that meets the unique needs of every child and family.

My therapy approach is highly individualized, strengths-based, and family-centered. I partner closely with caregivers to create meaningful, functional goals that support communication beyond the therapy room. My goal is to help every child build confidence, gain independence, and develop the communication skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
