Molly Andriantsoa

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 7 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Molly. I became a speech-language pathologist because I believe everyone deserves a voice and the opportunity to be heard. I’m passionate about helping children develop the communication skills they need to connect with others, express themselves, and participate more fully in everyday life.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve supported children with a wide range of communication and feeding needs. I enjoy creating individualized therapy plans that build on each child’s strengths and help them develop the skills they need to communicate confidently and engage successfully in their daily routines.

I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue continuing education focused on supporting children’s communication and feeding development. My professional development includes training in communication development and pediatric feeding intervention, including Pediatric Feeding: The Big Picture, which has strengthened my ability to provide individualized support for children and families.

My therapy approach is holistic, client-centered, highly individualized, and rooted in family-centered care. I build on each child’s strengths while using functional, meaningful strategies that support engagement and carryover into everyday routines. I also incorporate sensory strategies to support regulation and participation. My goal is to create a supportive environment where children can grow their communication skills, build confidence, and thrive.
