Kimberlee Glowacki

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 36 insurance plans

Hi, I’m Kimberlee! I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been passionate about helping people grow, gain confidence, and feel empowered. I love creating engaging, meaningful therapy experiences that make learning feel motivating and fun for both children and families.

I’ve worked across hospital outpatient clinics, private practice, schools, teletherapy, early intervention, and private residential school settings with children and adults who have a wide range of communication and swallowing needs. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in supporting individuals with complex communication profiles while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.

I’m especially passionate about pediatric speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, augmentative communication, and early intervention. During graduate school, I trained directly with Dr. Barbara Hodson in the Phonological Cycles Approach, which continues to shape my work with children who have severe phonological disorders. I’m also PECS Level 1 trained and have extensive experience creating visual supports and communication tools that help families navigate everyday routines with greater confidence and success.

Throughout my career, I’ve also supervised graduate clinicians and led interdisciplinary trainings, experiences that strengthened my collaborative, family-centered approach to care. My therapy style is client-centered, highly individualized, and focused on empowering children and families through supportive, functional, and strengths-based intervention.

Other interests

Outside of therapy, I love spending time in the kitchen cooking from scratch, getting lost in a good book, painting watercolors, and working on puzzles. Most of all, I treasure time with my daughter, Kate—especially watching her shine in her ballet, tap, and jazz classes.
