Aimee Pompa
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)
Hi, I’m Aimee! My path to becoming a speech-language pathologist wasn’t traditional, and that perspective has shaped the way I connect with clients and families. As a mother and someone who returned to school later in life, I was inspired by the power of communication to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful opportunities.
I’ve worked with children and adults across a variety of settings, including university clinics, home health, public schools, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Supporting individuals through different stages of life has deepened my passion for helping people overcome communication challenges and feel more connected to the world around them.
I’ve completed professional development in several specialized areas, including the Social Thinking Conference, It Takes Two to Talk®, and Beckman Oral Motor Training. I especially enjoy helping clients build practical communication skills that support greater participation and independence in everyday life.
My therapy approach is holistic, functional, and highly individualized. I strive to create supportive, engaging therapy experiences that honor each person’s unique strengths, goals, and communication journey.

Ms. Aimee is an amazing therapist. We see results weekly and my child enjoys the time we spend learning. Not only does she provide me with tools to improve our daily routines to promote growth in my child’s speech, but she always has a positive attitude with a smile. Thank you!

Mrs. Pompa was very nice and professional. She maintained a welcoming attitude that allowed me to express my concerns with therapy as well as answer all of my questions concerning the outcomes expected. I was unsure of what the experience would be, but I look forward to our weekly sessions. My child enjoyed interacting with Mrs. Pompa. She was very knowledgeable.
