Camille George

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 16 insurance plans

Hi, I’m Camille! I became a speech-language pathologist (SLP) after caring for a child with autism whose therapist shared strategies for supporting communication at home. Seeing how meaningful those everyday interactions were for both the child and their family inspired me to pursue a career helping others connect, communicate, and advocate for themselves.

I’ve worked across a variety of settings, including K–12 schools, early intervention clinics, and adult autism programs. During graduate school, I also trained in a craniofacial clinic within a children’s hospital, an acute rehab and skilled nursing setting, and an accent reduction clinic. These experiences helped me build a broad understanding of communication needs across the lifespan.

I have extensive experience supporting autistic individuals and have completed additional training in autism-focused practices, including the TEACCH approach. I’m especially passionate about creating therapy that feels functional, supportive, and empowering for both clients and families.

My therapy style is holistic, strengths-based, and highly individualized. I use a family-centered, routines-based approach that supports regulation, engagement, and meaningful communication while helping clients build confidence and self-advocacy skills.
