Morgan Epperson

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.Ed., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 12 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Morgan. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’m passionate about helping individuals feel empowered in their communication so they can build meaningful connections and participate more fully in their everyday lives.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including pediatric and adult home health, outpatient pediatric clinics, adult inpatient care, and elementary schools. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals across the lifespan with diverse communication, feeding, and swallowing needs, while developing a flexible and collaborative approach to care.

I am trained in Beckman Oral-Motor exercises and have experience with the Get Permission Approach and the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding. I have also led an infant feeding in-service for a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs. In addition, I support individuals with dysphagia, use AAC to facilitate functional communication, and have training in Natural Language Acquisition to support Gestalt Language Processors. I am currently pursuing DIR/Floortime certification to further strengthen my child-led, relationship-based practice.

My therapy approach is highly individualized, holistic, and client-centered, with an emphasis on sensory integration strategies to support regulation and engagement. I incorporate routines-based intervention and prioritize family involvement, strengths-based care, and functional outcomes to help clients build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
