Amanda Hendricks

Hi! I’m Amanda. I became a speech-language pathologist because I believe every voice deserves to be heard and that meaningful communication can open the door to connection, confidence, and greater participation in everyday life.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve supported individuals with diverse communication needs. I’m committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices, including advanced training in Hanen’s More Than Words and PROMPT.

I enjoy creating engaging, functional therapy experiences tailored to each client’s strengths, goals, and everyday needs. I also value collaborating closely with families and caregivers to support carryover into daily routines and meaningful activities.

My therapy approach is holistic, highly individualized, and strengths-based. I focus on meaningful goals that build on each client’s abilities while creating a supportive environment where they can develop confidence, strengthen communication skills, and participate more fully in everyday life.
