Molly Williams

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 24 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Molly. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been fascinated by the power of communication to foster connection, independence, and confidence. I love helping people find their voice and believe that even small gains in communication can have a meaningful impact on everyday life.

My clinical experience includes home health and private practice settings, where I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of communication needs. I enjoy creating individualized therapy plans that are engaging, functional, and tailored to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and daily routines.

I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue continuing education in evidence-based practice. I maintain active Handle With Care crisis intervention training and have specialized experience in AAC assessment and implementation, including collaborating with device representatives and interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with complex communication needs. My graduate training also emphasized language development, speech sound disorders, and evidence-based pediatric intervention, which continues to inform my clinical practice.

My therapy approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and highly individualized. I incorporate routines-based and sensory strategies to support regulation while focusing on functional communication goals that carry over into everyday life. By partnering closely with clients and their families, I strive to create a supportive, empowering environment where every individual can build confidence, gain independence, and communicate in ways that are meaningful to them.

Other interests

Outside of therapy, I enjoy teaching and practicing yoga and have been teaching classes for several years. I like staying active and spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring new places. I also enjoy community service and have participated in international service trips focused on building infrastructure to support access to resources. These experiences have helped me stay balanced, connected, and grounded outside of my clinical work.
