Traci Hartley

Hi! I’m Traci. I became a speech-language pathologist because I wanted to spend my days helping others communicate. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients, supporting them as they find their voice, grow their confidence, express themselves, and fully participate in their communities.

My clinical background spans diverse settings, where I work with individuals across the lifespan facing a wide range of speech, language, voice, and swallowing challenges. My therapy approach is client-centered, individualized, and functional, with a strong focus on strengths-based strategies. I am deeply passionate about fostering self-advocacy and creating a supportive space where clients build skills that lead to greater independence and everyday success.

To deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, I prioritize advanced professional development. My specialized certifications and training include Dynamic Assessment, targeted interventions for speech sound disorders, SPEAK OUT!, and LSVT-LOUD. Additionally, I am certified to perform FEES and Stroboscopy, allowing me to provide comprehensive assessment and personalized treatment tailored to each individual's unique needs.
