Olivia Conrad

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 36 insurance plans

Hi, I’m Olivia! I became a speech-language pathologist because I believe communication is fundamental to connection, independence, and quality of life. I’m passionate about helping individuals across the lifespan find meaningful, accessible ways to communicate and engage with the world around them.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of communication needs across a variety of clinical and interdisciplinary settings. Working with diverse populations, including neurodivergent individuals, Deaf and hard-of-hearing learners, and people with complex communication needs, has strengthened my commitment to providing personalized, functional care that empowers each client to achieve their communication goals.

My professional interests include neurodiversity-affirming practice, mental health and communication, cognitive-communication disorders, executive functioning, communication accessibility, and Deaf and hard-of-hearing services. In addition to providing clinical care, I have presented on supporting autistic girls and other underserved populations, delivered education on multimodal communication and cognitive-communication, taught American Sign Language at the postsecondary level, and currently serve as a clinical instructor for graduate clinicians. I have also collaborated with DeafBlind initiatives and CHARGE syndrome community programs.

My therapy approach is holistic, client-centered, and family-centered. I use strengths- and routine-based strategies to create supportive, meaningful experiences that help clients build communication skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life.
