Hi! I’m Nicole. I became a speech-language pathologist because I am passionate about helping individuals find their voice and communicate with confidence. I have always been fascinated by how the brain and language work together. Communication is at the heart of human connection, learning, and independence, and I am driven to make a meaningful impact in those areas. I am especially inspired by the problem-solving aspect of our field — analyzing speech, language, and swallowing challenges and developing individualized, evidence-based interventions that lead to real progress. Seeing clients gain skills, confidence, and independence is what continually motivates me and reinforces why I chose this profession.

My clinical experience spans diverse settings, including outpatient rehabilitation, schools, hospitals, teletherapy, home care, and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). I am currently working towards my certification in Myofunctional Therapy, and I have been trained in specific literacy programs to aid special education teachers in teaching literacy.

My clinical approach is highly individualized, holistic, and client-centered, with an emphasis on family involvement. My goal is to empower each person to build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
