About me

Hi! I'm Lauren. I received speech therapy services as a child, and I always found interest in the profession! I wanted to work in a health-related field, and I felt that giving back to others and helping them communicate is the best job I could ask for. I have worked in settings such as skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and assisted/independent living facilities. I have a MbSimP certification for adult dysphagia. I also have training on FEES, VFSS, and have a BCAT certification to treat cognitive-communication disorders. I would describe my clinical style as individualized/personalized and rooted in client empowerment to create self-advocates.
