About me
Hi! I'm Kaylee. As a speech-language pathologist (SLP), I have the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients of different ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. My hope for each client is that they graduate from therapy empowered and having met their personal communication goals. I have experience across the lifespan in both medical and private practice settings. I have found a home in telehealth with Expressable. I would call my approach to therapy naturalistic, functional, and rooted in positive reinforcement. I strongly believe that communication is the foundation of human connection and that individualized, targeted care plans are the best vehicle to develop essential communication skills. In addition to being a practicing speech-language pathologist, I also serve as Expressable’s Clinical Director of Performance. I am incredibly proud of the work I get to do with Expressable, and I can’t wait to meet you!

We have loved working with Kaylee. She is so gifted at her work, she knew exactly the kind of speech treatment that was most effective for our son. We experienced so much growth and advancement in his speech. (Our son) loves Kaylee and enjoyed their sessions. Unfortunately he has been in and out of the hospital with Evan’s Syndrome and has not been well enough to continue. Kaylee explained the discharge process. We cannot wait for (our son) to recover so we can come back to Expressable!

Kaylee is just such an awesome vocal coach! She is always very supportive and open to me changing or reworking things that we have worked on. She also makes me feel so comfortable when we talk, and it makes the session fly by, which I am kinda sad about, but the work we do is always amazing and I am truly grateful for how far she has taken me and how far she will continue her to take me!

Kaylee is an amazing therapist! She always has new ideas and concepts ready for me to try, and she is always so supportive of me and my journey. She is always willing to talk before we start which really helps transition into the session itself. I am so glad to have her as my speech therapist.

The best way I can describe Kaylee is that she has a very warm soul that makes you feel very welcomed in her presence. I always felt like she cared about me on a personal level rather than just being another entry in her résumé she felt obligated to commit to. And even beyond counseling and coaching, I really liked talking to her in general. Sometimes it was like chatting with a friend.

Kaylee was Amazing! The energy and attitude she always had towards me was judgement free, and very encouraging, she’s very understanding and flexible with scheduling, I feel so confident that I’m able to tackle goals that I wasn’t able to tackle before because of my lisp I had with the s and z sound.
