Hayley Gaydos

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 39 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Hayley, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) with a lifelong love of language and communication. After seeing how speech therapy helped a family member regain her voice and confidence, I knew I wanted a career where I could make that same kind of meaningful impact for others.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan in private practice clinics, school districts, and telehealth settings. I love helping individuals build communication skills that support meaningful participation in everyday life, while also empowering families along the way. My clinical interests include language, speech, and functional communication support across a variety of needs and ages.

I strive to create therapy sessions that feel supportive, personalized, and encouraging. My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and family-centered, with a strong focus on helping clients build confidence and self-advocacy skills. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their communication.

Teddy loves the program! He’s happy to go to speech therapy and I can already see an improvement in his speech after only one month.
