Emily Grisham

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 10 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Emily. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been fascinated by the impact communication has on our relationships, identity, and daily lives. Inspired by mentors and teachers who supported my own growth, I knew early on that I wanted a career where I could help others find their voice and build meaningful connections.

My clinical experience spans educational and medical settings, including elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospitals. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals across a wide range of ages, communication needs, and functional goals.

I am passionate about helping clients develop skills that enhance participation in everyday life, whether at school, at work, at home, or in the community. I value building strong relationships with clients and their families and believe that meaningful progress happens when therapy is tailored to each person’s unique strengths, priorities, and experiences.

Other interests

My favorite ways to spend my free time include being outdoors, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, and connecting with close friends over coffee. Above all, I value time with my family, especially watching my toddler discover and experience the world around him.
