Alexia Crutchfield

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S.E.D., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 9 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Alexia. I became a speech-language pathologist because I wanted to help people improve their communication and regain confidence in expressing themselves. I’m passionate about supporting clients as they build skills that help them connect with others and participate more fully in everyday life.

My clinical experience spans outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities, where I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of communication needs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to tailor therapy to each client’s unique goals, strengths, and daily routines while focusing on practical skills that make a meaningful difference.

My therapy approach is functional, client-centered, family-centered, strengths-based, and highly individualized. I collaborate closely with clients, families, and caregivers to create meaningful goals and practical strategies that support communication beyond the therapy room. My goal is to empower each client to build confidence, strengthen independence, and participate more fully in the activities, relationships, and routines that matter most.
