Toni Lynn Paccione

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 39 insurance plans

Hi, I’m Toni! I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been passionate about helping others. After working with my first client at Montclair State University, I knew this was the career I was meant to pursue.

Over the past 35 years, I’ve worked with clients across schools, clinics, early intervention, and university clinic settings. I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families through meaningful, functional communication goals and creating therapy experiences that build confidence and independence.

Throughout my career, I’ve continued to expand my clinical knowledge through specialized training and continuing education, including PROMPT training. I’ve also enjoyed mentoring future speech-language pathologists by supervising more than 15 undergraduate and graduate students and teaching the graduate course Language Disorders in School-Aged Children at Montclair State University.

My therapy approach is client-centered, collaborative, and family-focused, with an emphasis on functional communication, individualized support, and empowering clients to become confident self-advocates.
