Sabrina Hernandez

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 12 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Sabrina. I became a speech-language pathologist because I love building meaningful connections with my clients and supporting them as they work toward their goals. One of the things I enjoy most about this field is its variety—there are so many ways to help people communicate, connect, and improve their quality of life.

I’ve worked in both inpatient rehabilitation hospital and school-based settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs across populations. These experiences have allowed me to develop a flexible and collaborative approach to care while helping clients navigate challenges in meaningful, functional ways.

I’m passionate about continuing education and evidence-based practice. As a graduate clinician, I completed SPEAK OUT! training to support individuals with Parkinson’s disease and related neurological conditions in strengthening communication and voice skills. My therapy approach is highly individualized, client-centered, and strengths-based. I prioritize functional outcomes, meaningful everyday connections, and creating supportive environments where clients can build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
