Hi! I’m Ryan. My path to speech-language pathology was guided by a lifelong, intuitive ability to connect with others and a deep-seated empathy developed from a young age. I have always possessed a keen awareness of the world around me, which naturally evolved into a calling to support children as they navigate their own unique developmental journeys. I believe that being a therapist is not just about clinical intervention; it is about providing the nurturing, safe, and joyful environment every child deserves.

I have experience supporting children and families within the pediatric outpatient & early intervention (Birth-3) settings.

My approach to therapy is play-based, child-led, and neurodiversity-affirming. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where children feel comfortable exploring, communicating, and being themselves. I incorporate sensory-informed strategies and prioritize co-regulation and emotional safety, helping children feel calm, connected, and ready to learn. I also take a coaching approach with caregivers, partnering with families to share practical tools and strategies so they feel confident supporting their child’s communication and development in everyday moments.

Other interests

When I’m not collaborating with families, I stay energized through a mix of movement, music, and creative expression. I believe that bringing my authentic energy to work helps me build a stronger, more joyful connection with the children I support. I have a huge heart for league sports, especially dodgeball. The teamwork and high energy of the game mirror the playful spirit I bring to my sessions. I am also dedicated to bodybuilding and nutrition, which keeps me grounded and focused. Music is a central part of my life. I love traveling for festivals (rock, bluegrass, folk, house music) and my background in choral performance gives me a unique appreciation for the versatility and power of the human voice.
