Roshonda Epps

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 18 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Roshanda. I entered the field of speech-language pathology after a close family member experienced a stroke. That experience showed me firsthand how important communication is to everyday life and inspired me to help others regain confidence and connection through communication.

I’ve worked in both private practice and school-based settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of speech and language needs. These experiences have allowed me to develop a flexible, supportive approach that focuses on helping clients build practical communication skills for daily life.

I’m passionate about empowering individuals to communicate more confidently and independently in ways that are meaningful to them and their families. My therapy approach is holistic, client-centered, and individualized. I strive to create supportive, encouraging therapy experiences that help clients build confidence, functional communication skills, and greater independence.
