Hi! I’m Rachel. I became a speech-language pathologist because communication is fundamental to connecting with others, expressing needs, and participating fully in life. I am passionate about helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed to express themselves across their personal, social, academic, and daily lives.

My clinical background spans a variety of pediatric settings, where I support children with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. My therapy approach is individualized, functional, and strengths-based. I prioritize client- and family-centered care, actively partnering with caregivers to foster self-advocacy, confidence, and long-term empowerment in everyday routines.

I am deeply committed to evidence-based practice and specialized learning. I hold certifications in Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and the PROMPT technique for motor speech disorders and apraxia, and I have extensive experience conducting comprehensive augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluations to secure personalized speech-generating devices for my clients. Additionally, I have completed specialized training in Lindamood-Bell programs, including Visualizing and Verbalizing for comprehension and LiPS for phonemic awareness.
