Rachel Dye

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 21 insurance plans

Hi, I’m Rachel! My career began as a first-grade teacher, and I’ve always been passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence. A conversation with my former third-grade teacher introduced me to speech-language pathology, and I quickly realized it was the perfect blend of teaching, connection, and meaningful impact.

I’ve worked across schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, and nonprofit pediatric outpatient settings, supporting children with a wide range of communication needs. I love being part of each client’s journey as they develop new skills, gain independence, and feel more confident expressing themselves.

As a lifelong learner, I’m committed to staying current with evidence-based practices and continuing to grow as a clinician. I’m a QBS Trainer, PROMPT Level 1 trained, and currently completing additional training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP). I’m especially passionate about creating individualized therapy experiences that support functional communication in everyday life.

My therapy approach is holistic, strengths-based, and family-centered. I strive to create engaging, personalized sessions that empower clients while supporting meaningful progress, confidence, and connection.

Other interests

When I’m not working with my amazing clients, you’ll usually find me exploring new places—I love to travel and experience all that the world has to offer. I also enjoy relaxing with a good movie, getting creative with crafts, and creating jewelry. At home, I’m kept company by my sweet dog, Chloe, nine lively fish, and a snail named Henry who always makes me smile. I love spending quality time with family and friends, whether it’s for a fun game night or trying out new and delicious foods. Life is an adventure, and I love making the most of every moment!

Ms. Rachel Dye is very good at what she does. She is patient and knows how to get my child's attention and get him to interact through play. It seems like he is trying to talk now and others have told me the same thing.

My child's speech therapist is always on time and organized. She finds engaging games to play with him and focuses a lot on tongue position.  Her positive attitude keeps him upbeat and engaged.  This has been a positive speech therapy experience.
