Rachel Davidson
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)
Hi! I’m Rachel. I became a speech-language pathologist because I wanted to help people find their voice and feel confident expressing themselves. I believe communication is a lifelong journey, and I’m passionate about helping individuals build the skills they need to connect with others and participate more fully in everyday life.
Most of my clinical experience has been in elementary school settings, where I’ve supported students with a wide range of communication needs. During my graduate training, I also gained experience in early intervention and other specialized settings, giving me a broad understanding of communication development across different ages and stages.
I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly complete continuing education focused on evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders, articulation, and functional communication. I enjoy adapting therapy to each client’s unique strengths, learning style, and goals to provide personalized, effective care.
My therapy approach is client-centered, highly individualized, and focused on meaningful, functional outcomes. I prioritize family involvement and use strengths-based, routines-based strategies to help clients build communication skills, confidence, and independence that carry over into everyday life.

Other interests
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, doing puzzles, and creating things out of clay. I also love being in nature and staying active, whether that’s going for walks, exploring outdoors, or engaging in other physical activities. These hobbies help me stay balanced, creative, and energized, which I bring into my work with clients.
