About me

Hi! I’m Mary. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been inspired by the power of communication and the profound impact it has on a person’s confidence, relationships, and daily life. Speech-language pathology allows me to combine my curiosity about language and human development with my desire to support people through compassionate, individualized care. Witnessing someone find their voice—whether through clearer speech, increased social confidence, or new communication strategies—continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my work. To deepen my clinical expertise, I’ve completed continuing education in apraxia of speech and multilingual service delivery. I have experience working in the educational setting (PreK-12), supporting children with a range of communication needs. I take a client-centered and highly individualized approach to therapy. By integrating routines-based practices, I focus on supporting meaningful carryover of skills into daily life. I also prioritize family involvement, strengths-based strategies, and functional outcomes, helping each client build confidence, independence, and effective communication skills.
