Lindsey Knight
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)
Hi, I’m Lindsey! My journey to becoming a speech-language pathologist began with a background in theatre, music, and communication. After several years of performing professionally across the country, I discovered speech pathology as a way to combine my creativity with my passion for helping others improve their quality of life through communication.
My experience in voice, diction, and performance continues to shape my therapy style and helps me create engaging, personalized sessions for clients of all ages. I have training and experience supporting individuals with articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, dysarthria, autism, language delays, and myofunctional differences.
I have completed PROMPT training to support clients with motor speech disorders and have also trained in administering the ADOS-2. In addition, I pursue continuing education in childhood apraxia of speech, autism-focused language therapy, early language development, and myofunctional therapy.
My approach is holistic, client-centered, and family-focused. I believe therapy should be functional, empowering, and individualized to help clients build confidence, communication skills, and self-advocacy.

Lindsey has been our speech therapist since January 2025! She made each session fun and engaging. She truly got to know my daughter and my daughter’s interested outside of speech. Lindsey was great with communication with me as a parent. We enjoyed our time with Lindsey!

I love how confident it was to schedule an appointment and also attend every appointment. In my area a speech waitlist was 18 months, but with Expressable I got an appointment almost immediately. The times worked great with our schedule.
