Hi, I’m Linda! My journey into speech-language pathology began after undergoing two vocal fold surgeries and experiencing voice therapy firsthand. That experience showed me the powerful role communication plays in identity, confidence, and connection, and it inspired me to help others find and strengthen their own voices.
I hold a Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology (SLPD) with a focus in clinical research and have worked across private schools, private practice, and pediatric and adult inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. I enjoy supporting clients with a wide range of communication needs and creating therapy experiences that feel meaningful, practical, and empowering.
I’ve completed advanced training in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), PROMPT, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and hold certification as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I also earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from the Harvard Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning. In addition to clinical care, I’ve served as a graduate-level adjunct professor in diagnostics practicum.
My therapy approach is holistic, evidence-based, and highly individualized. I prioritize collaboration, functional communication, and client empowerment to help each person build confidence and achieve meaningful communication goals.

I enjoy playing with my two dogs, Stella and Kora, taking Pilates classes, and volunteering. I volunteer on Sunday mornings at my church in the Special Needs classroom and am a member of the Special Needs Ministry.

Ms. Linda Franco is a wealth if knowledge and has educated me on the reason why I'm disfluent. The assignment and homework she provides has helped me tremendously and I'm gaining my confidence back. I like the therapist, shes excellent. She knows the issues my child is having and works towards the goal. I just wish the sessions were a tad bit longer so more is accomplished. I just hope my child uses the tools appropriately in real life situations.
