About me

Hello! I'm Linda, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) and proud recipient of a Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology (SLPD) with a focus in clinical research. My passion for this field began after undergoing two vocal fold surgeries that required pre- and post-operative voice therapy. That personal experience ignited my fascination with the power of communication and inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to helping others find their voices. I have since earned certifications and training in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT), PROMPT, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I also hold a master’s degree in healthcare administration (MHA) and a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from the Harvard Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning. In addition to my clinical work, I served as an Adjunct Professor of Diagnostics Practicum at the graduate level. My professional experience spans private schools, private practice, and both adult and pediatric inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. I approach therapy with a holistic, client-centered, functional, and family-centric philosophy, emphasizing evidence-based, individualized care that empowers each client to achieve meaningful communication outcomes.

Evaluator was professional, polite, and efficient! She worked well with my son who presented with some anxiety and a slight stomach ache. Evaluation was completed quickly and acutely.

Our experience was fantastic! With busy schedules and a child that plays sports, having an option for virtual sessions made this a breeze. I would like to express our sincere appreciation for Linda Franco who we saw our child grow leaps and bounds with after beginning to work with her. She tailored lessons to our child’s interest and made learning fun! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a top notch therapist. She was a true blessing to our family!

Ms. Linda Franco is a wealth if knowledge and has educated me on the reason why I'm disfluent. The assignment and homework she provides has helped me tremendously and I'm gaining my confidence back. She has a way with making sure I understand the objective. To be honest, she is such an asset and I'm glad to have her as my Speech Language Pathologist.

Linda is the best ever!!!! She is smart, proactive, caring, compassionate. I started with her in 2005 and continued until 2010 when insurance would not pay for "maintenance". Thrilled to be working with her again!!

I like the therapist, shes excellent. She knows the issues my child is having and works towards the goal. I just wish the sessions were a tad bit longer so more is accomplished. I just hope my child uses the tools appropriately in real life situations.
