Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 39 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Leslie. When I was in college, I majored in linguistics and conducted research in language documentation. My love for language led me to want to help others reach their communication goals.

My clinical experience spans diverse settings, including private practice, home health, and schools. I also completed certification in the Dissection of the Voice and Swallowing Mechanism Lab at Northwestern University, deepening my understanding of the anatomy and physiology underlying voice and swallowing function.

I approach therapy with a holistic, functional, and highly individualized style. I prioritize family involvement and client empowerment, helping each person build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.

Leslie was accommodating and patient as she completed the evaluations for our twin girls. We really appreciated her flexibility with our family schedule.

Leslie was amazing with engaging with our girls!  There were some technical challenges that were out of everyone's control but we compensated throughout both sessions.  Thank you for being willing to provide this service and support our family, much appreciated.
