Kaeleigh Milito

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 12 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Kaeleigh. I became a speech-language pathologist because of my cousin, Mikey, who has autism. Watching the impact that communication support had on his confidence, independence, and ability to connect with others inspired me to help children and families navigate their own communication journeys. I’m passionate about empowering every individual to find their voice and reach their full potential.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children who have a wide range of communication needs, developing individualized therapy plans that support meaningful, functional progress. I enjoy partnering closely with families to create practical strategies that build confidence and promote communication success beyond the therapy room.

I’m committed to ongoing professional development in speech sound disorders, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, social communication, bilingual assessment and intervention, and other evidence-based pediatric therapy practices. I’m also experienced in administering and interpreting standardized assessments, including the CELF-5, GFTA-3, PLS-5, OWLS-II, and others.

My therapy approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and highly individualized. I develop functional goals that reflect each child’s unique communication profile and incorporate routines-based strategies to support engagement and carryover into everyday life. My goal is to create a supportive environment where children build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and participate more fully at home, at school, and in their communities.
