About me

Hi! I’m Eva. Pursuing a career in speech-language pathology has allowed me to align my purpose with my passion. I find deep fulfillment in helping patients become more confident communicators, empowering them to express themselves more fully in the world. I believe my calling is to support individuals of all ages in finding their voice and learning to advocate for themselves. Speech-language pathology allows me to continuously grow my knowledge in new evidenced based practices while also getting the opportunities to counsel and support families along their therapy journeys. There is no greater joy than celebrating communication or feeding breakthroughs—no matter how big or small—with the families I serve. Each milestone is the result of a collaborative effort, and every success deserves recognition. These shared victories continually reaffirm why I chose this field. I have completed specialized trainings to support children’s communication and feeding needs, including AEIOU: An Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding, Teach Me to Talk, and Making the Shift: Revolutionary Methods for Autistic Kids. I have started my career in ECI serving variety of patients in their homes. The last 6 years I have been in a pediatric outpatient clinic treating ages from birth to 21 with variety of communication and feeding disorders while also providing leadership to other therapists and directly supervising numerous graduate students and SLP-As. I approach therapy with a holistic, client-centered, and highly individualized style. I prioritize strengths-based strategies and client empowerment to help each person build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
