About me

Hi! I’m Elizabeth. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always been passionate about helping children and families connect through communication. I love the creativity and problem-solving involved in supporting each child’s unique journey, and it’s so rewarding to watch their confidence grow as they find their voice. I hold certifications and specialized training in several areas, including: PROMPT (Levels 1 & 2 Bridging), Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT): Infant Treatment, 18 hours, DIR Floortime 101, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through The Healthy Children’s Project (ID #362188), Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD), and 95-hour Lactation Counseling Training Course. In addition, I completed four semesters of American Sign Language and earned a minor in Applied Music, which continue to inform my communication-focused and creative therapy style. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, teletherapy, and multidisciplinary clinics. My approach is holistic and functional, focusing on each child's individual strengths within a routines-based framework. I also incorporate sensory integration techniques as needed to support regulation and engagement.
