Casi Johnson

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.Ed., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 36 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Casi. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always had a heart for working with children. From my earliest experiences as a babysitter and nanny, I discovered a passion for helping kids grow, and I knew I wanted a career where I could empower them to build meaningful connections through communication,

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve supported children with a wide range of communication needs. I enjoy creating individualized therapy plans that build on each child’s strengths and help them develop the skills they need to communicate confidently in everyday life.

I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue continuing education in evidence-based practice. In 2025, I participated in a continuing education summit in Cork, Ireland through a collaboration between Bilinguistics and Therapy Abroad, where I received specialized training in evidence-based bilingual assessment and intervention for children in private practice and school-based settings.

My therapy approach is client-centered, family-centered, and highly individualized. I use strengths-based and routines-based strategies that promote communication beyond the therapy room while partnering closely with families to support carryover into daily life. My goal is to help every child build confidence, foster independence, and develop meaningful communication skills that allow them to connect with the people and world around them.
