Carrie Arendale

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 14 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Carrie. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always loved working with children and wanted a career where I could make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. I’m passionate about partnering with families to help children build confidence, develop communication skills, and reach their full potential.

My clinical experience spans school-based, pediatric outpatient, and telepractice settings, where I’ve supported children with a wide range of communication needs. I enjoy creating individualized therapy plans that are engaging, functional, and tailored to each child’s strengths, goals, and everyday routines.

I’m committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursue continuing education in evidence-based practice. My professional development includes LAMP training, and I’m also a certified CPR instructor, reflecting my commitment to providing safe, high-quality care and ongoing education.

My therapy approach is client-centered, highly individualized, and family-centered. I incorporate sensory strategies to support regulation while focusing on functional communication goals that carry over into daily life. My goal is to create a supportive, empowering environment where children can build confidence, gain independence, and develop lasting communication skills using the methods that work best for them.
