Cameron McCabe

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 8 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Cameron, a speech-language pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections. I became a speech therapist because communication shapes how we connect with the world, and I love being part of helping children express themselves, advocate for their needs, and grow in confidence.

My clinical experience includes outpatient pediatrics, private practice, and elementary school settings, where I’ve supported children with a wide range of speech and language needs. Working across these settings has strengthened my ability to provide individualized, functional therapy that supports communication in everyday life.

I have specialized training in pediatric speech and language development, articulation and phonological disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), gestalt language processing, and child-led therapy approaches. I enjoy supporting children with a variety of communication profiles and tailoring therapy to their unique strengths and goals.

My therapy approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and play-based, with a strong focus on building trust and making therapy engaging. I believe children learn best when they feel supported, empowered, and understood. I’m especially passionate about pediatric communication development and helping children build the skills they need to communicate confidently, connect with others, and become lifelong self-advocates.
