Caitlin Jelensky

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 17 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Caitlin. I love working and spending time with individuals with developmental disabilities. I have worked with them as a counselor and dance teacher starting around 10 years old. I believe that all individuals are able to find a way to communicate.

I continue to expand my clinical skill set through specialized coursework areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). This ongoing training allows me to provide comprehensive, up-to-date care.

I have experience working in an outpatient pediatric clinic, supporting children with a range of communication needs.

I approach therapy with a client-centered, functional, and highly individualized style. I prioritize family involvement, strengths-based strategies, and client empowerment to help each person build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.

My 2 year old really enjoys her sessions with Caitlin Jelensky. Every session my toddler is learning something new. She even brings me the iPad and points to the zoom app and says the most current word she learned on her last session. We are grateful to have the opportunity to benefit from therapy, she went from saying 2 word to about 50 words in 3 months.
