About me
Hi! I’m Caitlin. I love working and spending time with individuals with developmental disabilities. I have worked with them as a counselor and dance teacher starting around 10 years old. I believe that all individuals are able to find a way to communicate. I continue to expand my clinical skill set through specialized coursework areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). This ongoing training allows me to provide comprehensive, up-to-date care. I have experience working in an outpatient pediatric clinic, supporting children with a range of communication needs. I approach therapy with a client-centered, functional, and highly individualized style. I prioritize family involvement, strengths-based strategies, and client empowerment to help each person build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
