Annie Bauer

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 33 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Annie. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’m passionate about empowering communication through meaningful relationships, family support, and individualized intervention. I love partnering with clients and families to help build communication skills, increase confidence, and create opportunities for more successful connections in everyday life.

My experience includes supporting individuals with a variety of communication needs across the lifespan. I’m especially passionate about collaborating with families and caregivers, knowing that meaningful progress often happens when therapy strategies are integrated into daily routines and real-world experiences.

I completed a specialized emphasis in deafness and hard of hearing studies during my master’s program and have continued my professional development through advanced graduate coursework in autism, neurology, speech sound disorders, cleft palate, fluency, and orofacial myofunctional therapy. I am committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices to provide the highest quality care possible.

My therapy approach is highly individualized, holistic, and client-centered, with an emphasis on sensory integration strategies to support regulation and engagement. I incorporate routines-based intervention and prioritize family involvement, strengths-based care, and functional outcomes to help clients build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
