About me

Hi! I'm Aileen, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP). I've always been interested in teaching and helping people become better communicators. When I learned about the career of speech-language pathology, I immediately knew it would be a great fit! I love being able to make a difference in my clients' quality of life and help them achieve their goals. I have experience working in clinical settings such as: private practice and schools (teletherapy). I'm trained in Speech Intelligibility Training, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT-LOUD), Langmore Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) and Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile Reliability Training. I would describe my clinical style as holistic, client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, and family-centric.
