Aieya Jean-Francois
Licensed Occupational Therapist (M.S., OTR/L)
Hi, I’m Aieya! I became an occupational therapist because I am passionate about helping individuals build the skills and confidence to participate in the everyday activities that bring meaning to their lives. Seeing children and families achieve greater independence through compassionate, personalized care continues to inspire my work every day.
My clinical background spans a variety of settings, where I support clients with diverse developmental, sensory, and motor needs. My therapy approach is holistic, functional, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. I prioritize individualized, client- and family-centered care, actively partnering with families to support self-advocacy, confidence, and overall quality of life.
I am deeply committed to clinical excellence and advancing evidence-based practice. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (CASDCS) and a Certified Primitive Reflex Integration Clinical Specialist (CPRICS), with advanced training in sensory processing and neurodevelopmental conditions. As a doctoral faculty member teaching pediatric OT, clinical skills, and evidence-based practice, I stay at the forefront of emerging research to deliver high-quality, cutting-edge care to the families I serve.
