About me

Hi! I'm Veronica. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2022. My desire to become an SLP was driven by my passion for facilitating self-advocacy and aiding individuals in their journey to communicate effectively. The ability to communicate is quintessential to human interaction and development, and I firmly believe that it is one of the defining features of our species. As an SLP, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to express themselves, fostering their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. I hold certifications and trainings in LSVT LOUD and TEFL. I have worked in settings such as outpatient clinic, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, memory-care, and teletherapy. I would describe my clinical style as client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, and rooted in client-empowerment to create self-advocates.
