About me
Hello! I'm Pooja. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to help people. My family set me up with a speech-language pathologist (SLP) to observe, and the rest is history. I had never heard of speech therapy before, and when I first saw it, I was so intrigued by it. As my knowledge grew, I became more interested due to the different specialities in this field, and the fact that every day is different than the previous. I have worked in settings such as skilled nursing facilities, ALF, schools, and private practice. I'm in the process of taking the Meaningful Speech course. I would describe my clinical style as client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, routines-based, and strengths-based.

When I selected this company it was for convenience. But after my sessions I have found it to be so valuable. Pooja has been phenomenal in helping to improve my areas of deficiency.
