Nikole Boland

Hi! I’m Nikole. I became a speech-language pathologist because I believe communication is essential to learning, relationships, and independence. I’m passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to express themselves confidently, connect with others, and participate fully in everyday life.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, where I’ve supported individuals with diverse communication needs. I’m committed to lifelong learning and staying current with evidence-based practices so I can provide thoughtful, individualized care that reflects each client’s unique needs and goals.

I’m currently pursuing continuing education in myofunctional therapy to expand my knowledge and clinical skills in this area. I enjoy finding meaningful, practical ways to support each client’s communication goals and help skills carry over into everyday routines.

My therapy approach is functional, client-centered, and highly individualized. I focus on meaningful goals that build on each client’s strengths while creating a supportive environment where they can build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and participate more fully in daily life.
