About me
Hi, I'm Kristin! I have enjoyed working in a variety of settings including inpatient rehab hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, elementary/middle schools, and home healthcare. Being a speech therapist online has allowed me to fully extend into the diverse scope of speech therapy, which indulges my desire to constantly learn and strengthen my clinical skill set. Whether we are working on articulation, fluency, voice, cognition, or expressive language goals, my passion is empowering clients and their caregivers/families to be effective communicators and advocates. Each client is unique, and I feel that every treatment program should truly reflect personalized targets, strategies, and approaches. I have a personal interest in serving those with Parkinson’s disease and am a certified SPEAK OUT!® provider with the Parkinson Voice Project to help individuals maintain and regain their communication abilities.

Outside of being a speech-language pathologist, my interests include spending time with my friends, family, and two dogs. The more time outside in the sunshine, the better! I love gardening, running, biking, and hiking. However, I also enjoy cuddling up with a good book.

Ms. Kristin is AMAZING!! She has taken the time to get to know our son and his interests, and she uses those interests to engage him in each session. She takes the time to seek out games that will capture his attention. She is so kind and patient. She is really helping our son to progress with his speech.
