Erin Cretti

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 6 insurance plans

Hi, I’m Erin! I became a speech-language pathologist because I’ve always wanted a career centered around helping others in meaningful ways. What drew me to speech therapy is the opportunity to support people across the lifespan and be part of their journey as they build new skills, regain lost abilities, and improve their quality of life.

My clinical experience includes working in both school and skilled nursing settings, where I’ve supported children and adults with a variety of communication needs. This range of experience has given me a strong foundation in treating speech, language, and functional communication challenges across different stages of life.

I take a client-centered, highly individualized approach to therapy, focusing on functional, meaningful goals that support success in everyday life. I believe therapy should feel practical, engaging, and empowering, with strategies that carry over beyond our sessions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients and families build confidence in communication and celebrate progress along the way.

My professional training includes specialized coursework in childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) through Childhood Apraxia Treatment, with a focus on the Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) method, as well as comprehensive AAC training in LAMP Words for Life to support individuals using augmentative and alternative communication.
