Courtney Jackson

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Hi! I’m Courtney. I became a speech-language pathologist because I’m passionate about helping others communicate with confidence, feel understood, and experience a better quality of life. I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and their families and celebrating progress together—whether it’s a major milestone or a small but meaningful step forward. Watching confidence and connection grow through communication is what continues to inspire me every day.

My clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including schools, assisted living facilities, and adult outpatient clinics. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals with diverse communication needs across the lifespan while developing a collaborative and functional approach to care.

In addition to my clinical work, I’m passionate about professional development, mentorship, and supporting best practices in service delivery. I have led trainings on IEP compliance, team processes and procedures, and case-based learning, and I have participated as a panelist for discussions focused on the experiences and perspectives of diverse SLPs.

My therapy approach is holistic, functional, strengths-based, and highly individualized. I prioritize family involvement, routines-based strategies, and meaningful real-world outcomes to support lasting progress. My goal is to help clients build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills in a supportive and empowering environment.
