Cassandra Bartley

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 23 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Cassandra. I became a speech-language pathologist (SLP) because I’m passionate about helping children build communication skills and confidence so they can connect with others and feel understood. I find it incredibly rewarding to support each child’s unique strengths and help them reach their full potential through individualized, meaningful therapy.

I’ve worked in both teletherapy and school-based settings, supporting children with a wide range of speech and language needs. These experiences have helped me develop a flexible, collaborative approach focused on functional communication and meaningful progress in everyday environments.

Before becoming an SLP, I spent five years teaching Special Education, where I gained extensive experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder, language delays, and social communication challenges. I have experience using AAC systems, implementing differentiated instruction, and incorporating evidence-based strategies to support communication, behavior, and social development. I’m passionate about continuing education and ongoing professional growth to ensure I provide effective, individualized care for every child.

My therapy approach is highly individualized, client-centered, and family-focused. I prioritize functional communication, supportive relationships, and meaningful everyday connections while helping clients build confidence, independence, and lifelong self-advocacy skills.
