About me

Hi! I'm Bethany, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP). I have always known that I wanted to work with children, but was unsure of what career to pursue until I shadowed an SLP. After that experience I fell in love with the career and knew that this was the path for me. Since then I have fallen deeper in love with this profession. I find it so rewarding to work with the pediatric population and watch their communication skills grow, which increases their confidence. I have worked in both school settings and teletherapy. I would describe my clinical style as client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, family-centric, routines-based, strengths-based, and rooted in client empowerment to create self-advocates.
