About me
Hello! I’m Adriana, a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP). I chose this field to help individuals of all ages improve their communication skills and make a meaningful impact in their lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is being part of a person’s or family’s journey toward achieving their communication goals. It is a privilege to collaborate closely with families, providing support, encouragement, and the tools needed to help their loved ones communicate effectively in their daily environments. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to serve a diverse range of individuals from various parts of Latin America. I hold the ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence and have completed specialized training in areas such as Gestalt Language Processing, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Sensory Feeding. I would describe my clinical style as holistic, client-centered, functional, family-centric, individualized/personalized, and rooted in client empowerment to create self-advocates.
