Abbey Abraham

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (M.A., CCC-SLP)

Accepts 22 insurance plans

Hi! I’m Abbey. My journey to becoming a speech-language pathologist started with my own experience in speech therapy as a child. I received therapy for an articulation delay from ages 3 to 5, and it gave me the confidence and tools to communicate effectively. That experience inspired me to help other children find their voice and feel empowered through communication.

I have experience supporting children with a variety of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, and social communication challenges. I’ve worked with children across preschool and elementary school settings, helping them build skills that support success at home, in school, and in their communities.

I have a particular passion for speech sound disorders and enjoy helping children develop clear, confident communication. In addition to my speech-language pathology training, I earned a minor in psychology and received a Resilient Child certificate during my undergraduate studies. These experiences strengthened my belief that children are incredibly capable and resilient when provided with the right support and encouragement.

My therapy approach is highly individualized, client-centered, and strengths-based. I focus on functional, real-world outcomes while helping children build confidence, communication skills, and independence in a supportive and engaging environment.
