About me

Hi! I'm Crissy. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) because I wanted a career where I could make a real difference. Helping others communicate or safely enjoy a meal with their family seemed like the perfect reason to do what I love. I have worked in settings such as schools and home health. I have certification in Vital Stim. I've taken courses related to articulation, language, play-based therapy, feeding, and specific speech and feeding with children who have Down syndrome. I would describe my clinical style as client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, family-centric, strengths-based, and sensory integrated.
